Are there places to get funding without using credit?

I purchased 2 properties to fix up and rent, and I was offered 2 other properties for incredible prices, but that was the money I was going to use for fixing the 2 properties. Now, I have 4 properties and little money to fix them, so I am looking for someone who funds without using credit. I also am looking for someone who will fund only $15,000. I want to earn a working relationship with someone, so we can do more deals.
