Whilesaling
Please bare with me....I am a Licensed Realtor and have been in the business for 20 years and LOVE it! I have heard so much about wholesaling and even purchased a few course BUT they all seem to be missing important information...
Find motivated Seller, then find buyer then present YOUR contract and then sell...simple right? NO, I would love to pick someones brain and find out how its done..I am In Atlanta and if you are here, heck I will even take you out for dinner...and/or split a deal with you...just need guidance...The first one is always the most problematic.
When I forst got my license after my first sale, I never looked back and became a top producer...now I want the same success wholesaling
Any help, especially from my Atlanta people is greatly appreciated!!
