I'm a new investor, still looking for my first rental property. I'm originally from Cleveland, OH and I currently live in NJ. I'm looking to invest in multi-family property in Bedford, OH. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of investing in this area? Is there point of sale inspection and  would I have to obtain a rental license to own rental property in the area?
