Lending advice

Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are new investors from Connecticut. We currently have funds through our home equity but to increase the amount to purchase something in the $100k range. We were thinking about funding the loan through a bank but we are limited to a conventional loan. A friend suggested Prime Lending Company. Does anyone have any recommendations with regards to finding a lender and also has anyone dealt with Prime Lending in the past and can you give us your review?
