This site is legit! I've been lurking through some discussions to sponge up information as I begin my real estate career. Decided to register and get involved.

I'm a new agent working in Southern California. The goal is to create an income by representing buyers and sellers, and to pick up enough experience along the way to begin successfully investing in rental properties/flips.

My question to you: If you lost your entire real estate portfolio, and had to start again from scratch, what is the first thing you would do - knowing what you know now - to rebuild your success?

Also, send me colleague requests if you're in California. Power in numbers, let's link up!

Weston
