Websites for running numbers?

Are there any websites that allow me to practice running the numbers for a sample property? I want to get better at figuring the NOI, ROI, CoCR, etc but am having a hard time figuring out if I'm correct based on the information given through the pro-forma or MLS or what not. Just checking with BP to see if I could run numbers through a website that would guide me while I'm doing it. Or is my best bet just using the BP calculators? Either way, thanks in advance. Aloha!
