LLC with S Corp Status Documentation

If we are structuring as an LLC but elect S corp tax status, what documentation do we need?

(There are 3 of us and we are planning on paying profit through dividends)

Do we need LLC documents (Articles of Organization & Operating Agreement)?

or

Do we need S Corp documents (Corporate Bylaws)?

or

Both?
