New Investor in Indy

Hello- My wife and I are new investors in Indianapolis. We currently have 1 rental in Indy and one in Virginia ( previous primary residence). Both properties are paid off and we are looking to jump into leveraging, although are a bit nervous about it. We hope to build a portfolio over time. Any help or advice is always welcome!
