I've been contractor for a little over 3 years mainly focusing on rehabbing flips for investors mainly out of state. I want to start purchasing my own property's. I want to focus on flipping but the capital is an issue. Is the best way to start on rentals or should I take the risk on a flip. I'm open to any opinions and tips
