Starting Up Starting a LLC

Hi,

I am just starting out and working through my business plan and first steps to get going wholesaling. As a first step, in addition to creating my business plan, I am setting up an LLC. I was going to go through the process myself to set it up, filing the papers and such, but then saw legal zoom advertising to do the set up. Anyone have a recommendation on using legal zoom? Was it helpful?

Thanks

Get registered agent here its free for first year and then $99 yearly after that(need it to register LLC):

http://www.freeregisteredagent.com/

Go To secretary of state website for state you want to register in:

http://www.coordinatedlegal.com/SecretaryOfState.html

For Florida.. it should be this link:

https://efile.sunbiz.org/llc_file.html

Then get EIN here for free:

https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp

If you need any help, let me know... I've registered 2 LLC in state of NJ using this process all by myself. I'm not a lawyer or any of that but doing this on your own will save you couple hundred bucks.
