Yesterday I put in a offer for a Duplex. The selling price was $239 and I offered $225. It's a 2b/2b with a 2car garage and the other side is a 1b/1b one car garage. They counter offered and surprisingly they were fine with that price. Who knew I would be so afraid of this process. Now that it's happening I'm super nervous and just worried about closing on the deal. Please tell me this is normal.

It depends. What are similar duplexes renting for in your area?
