Creating and LLC? Advice needed.
BP family I need your help/advice. I have a small portfolio of rental properties but never created an LLC. I'm finally in a situation in which I've been able to work with a small bank to do portfolio loans bit was recommended to create a LLC prior to doing. Any recommendations out there on first steps and do I need to get a lawyer to make this happen?
