Looking to finally start investing
I've been on the fence for quite some time now, but after listening to Kevin Wood's interview and a few others I know I can do it. I have been analyzing deals here in Augusta, GA pretty much every day. I am an agent so I have access to the MLS. Most of the properties I come across just don't have good returns when I plug in the numbers.
Where are you guys/gals finding solid deals in your market? Any help is much appreciated!
