Buying multi-family/commercial property with a business loan?
I am an Air Force veteran who would like to get into real estate investing. I don't want to use my VA home loan for my first purchase bc you are required to reside on the property. I am wondering if I am able to purchase a 4+ unit apartment building with a loan using my LLC? Even if this business is nonprofit & not related to real estate in any way?
