Thoughts on Tampa, FL multifamily rental investing

Hey everyone! I'm looking into my first real estate investing deal, and the Tampa, FL area seems to be a great market for multifamily rental investing. I like the fact that the area is affordable and shows signs of growth. Does anyone have any advice or insight into great submarkets to look for multifamily properties in the Tampa area? Or any other great markers in Florida? Thanks!
