Where are the local meet ups or do you mean just try and find local investors and talk with them? I'm really starting from the bottom with not much knowledge or connections. And in 5 years, I hope to have at least 2 multifamily (duplex) homes, being the best landlord I can be to my tenants. Gotta start small just to get my feet wet.
