LLC Created - Now what?

I had an attorney recommended by another investor create a LLC for me. I intend to market under the LLC.

I plan to purchase and hold my first rental property under this LLC. Whether it was a mistake to have created the LLC this earlier, it was cheap (in PA) and it gives my marketing a boost in credibility.

I am also in the talks with other potential partners of acquiring a property (SFR or 1-4 MF) to flip in the next 3-6 months. There will be up to 4-5 people involved (the others all have known each other for a very long time - I met one through BP). I guess a follow up question to this is: How do I operate between 'my own company' which I want to retain complete ownership for now and this 'new partnership'?

Anyways, now that my LLC is created - what are my next steps? Do I need to do anything relating to accounting? Does anyone have some insight they can share? I am beginning marketing at the moment.
