I will be investing in real estate soon in the Philadelphia metro area. I will be looking to hire a real estate agent to assist in my buying process. Can anyone offer any advice or do's and don'ts for a first timer? What should I look for in an agent? How should I find one? What is the process (paperwork, etc)? What questions should I ask? Thanks!
