Hi All!

I'm new to the site and looking for ideas on how to put together a business plan for investing. Initially I'd like to start flipping, and want to move into buy and hold. I'm in Milwaukee, WI, and would primarily be investing locally. Not a lot of money to invest, but good credit. Any suggestions?
