Rehab - Designing
Hey Pocket Lovers,
I have always heard of rehabbing a house and taking consideration for costs and such, but I haven't heard of the designing aspect. How could one learn how to design a house for rental/flip/etc?
I've seen some before/after pictures of average houses looking absolutely beautiful after rehab. I can figure there is some creativity to it or maybe you just have to look at a bunch of houses to get a taste of how to model your design. I am pretty concrete with how I vision things so I would have a problem thinking through every intricate sign I'm wondering if you investors out there use a formula for rehab design.
If anyone is able to answer my question I would greatly appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Brian Tran

Imitation is the best form of flattery and a easy way to design Visit properties in your area that are similar to yours and take pictures ,notes on materials etc and then take a trip to your local home improvement center to estimate the cost of your project .It is best to not to try to reinvent the wheel but to duplicate what is working in your local market
