Aloha Investors,

Total Newbie Question (from Hawaii) ...

Do you acquire property in your Own Name or an Entity?  Universal practice OR depends on circumstances?

Thank you in advance,

Mike

Hey Mike,

I have two properties here in Hawaii and they are both under my name at this time because I bought them with FHA loans, I have a LLC set up and will be putting any investment loan, cash, or seller financed properties in an Entity. Hope this helps

Thanks

Nick
