Home equity loan options

I'm a relatively new investor. I have 4 rentals properties in the Atlanta area with roughly $500k in equity. I would like to pull equity out to buy more property. I've been denied by both wellsfargo and citi due to a shortsale in 2014. Does anyone have suggestions for finding the right places to look?
