2 houses, 2 lots, 1 address??
Planning a walk-through with an owner of 2 unoccupied houses on 2 lots right next to each other, but with 1 address. Need to talk with somebody at city hall to figure out how to officially get a separate address for the 2nd house so they can be sold individually, not together. Has anybody else had a similar experience?
