Hello Bigger Pockets community! I am a college student currently attending Florida State University in Tallahassee, but I am looking to invest in the Spring Hill area. I have around 15k cash that I can put into real estate, but it is hard to find what exactly would be the best investment. I would love to hear from anybody that may have any kind of insight or ideas!
