How to find property owners

Hi!

I recently completed my first wholesale deal which I am very excited about. I want to do my first mailing blast, but most of the properties in my area (Mount Pleasant, MI) are occupied by students. The properties that I am targeting, at least.

What is the best and most efficient way to see who owns these properties?

Cheers

Brady

County tax assessors office
I can go on the county site and see  org. mortgage information, tax bill etc.
County Records will give you records for $4.00 (depends on county)
I have literally googled address and have had owners name, phone etc. Come up
Then used that to check tax records ,as sometimes the property address and or parcel # is not found. Just an extra way to get information.
