Investor Friendly Realtor? Confused

What should I expect from an investor friendly realtor? Other then putting multiple offers a week. How would my realtor get paid if he brought me a property from the MLS to wholesale to my partner? This Investor friendly realtor topic has me a little confused to be honest. Would someone be kind enough to explain the relationship between buyer and their realtor sending offers? Would I pay them from my fee? Almost like a bonus?

@Jose Castillo  No problem at all to try to assist!  If you purchase a place and are reselling it to someone you have in mind already, no realtor would be needed, just an attorney / title company (I believe MA is an attorney state.  Up here in VT, we use attorneys).
