Do I need a real estate license as an investor want to you think
Hello Everyone
Im new to real estate investing an wanted to know if it was a good idea to get a real estate license. Also what are the pro&cons of have them as an investor?

I believe a license is always a benefit. Some people will choose to do business with you if you are licensed even if you are wanting to purchase their house rather than list it. You also have the advantage of being able to list if it they need a retail price.
