Bird Dogging services and Investors

My name is LaTonya Norseweather, and I am just entering into real estate investing. How can I find investors to help groom me into becoming a good bird dog? I am not asking for a mentor, I want to be clear. However, I am asking are there investors willing to work with a new and unseasoned individual? I am pretty sure that most investors would rather deal with seasoned professionals, so how does a beginner like myself find someone willing to work with me? I prefer to bird dog at this time so that I may learn how to put into practice all that I have learned educational wise and so that I may build contacts ( sellers, and investors),and make money so that when I am confident and prepared, I can do my own investing. 

Also, is there a software that can be purchased to aid me in the due diligence of property finding? Please help, as I am very eager to really learn the business and begin working with many if not all of you in the near future.
