First Investment Property

After about a year of looking for an investment property I seem to have finally found one. It's 14 units that currently rent for $5600 total a month. My payment with taxes would be about $2000 a month plus insurance coverage for that many units. The properties were built in the 70s and renovated in the late 90s so I expect $500 or so a month in remodeling costs. There would be no property management costs, so all in I would be at $3000 or so a month. What else should I be looking for or considering at this point? Thanks
