Newbie in San Antonio TX

Hi! I'm Tomas Patterson, and I'm just getting started in real estate investing. I'm interested in wholesaling to begin with, and then I plan on doing some fix & flips and eventually get some rental properties. But right now I've just been reading everything I can to learn about how the process works. I'm in the process of making my buyers list for wholesaling, so any investors interested please feel free to let me know. Also, is there anyone with any advice as to a investor friendly title company in my area? Any bit of advice to make my starting process easier will be appreciated!
