Looking for local investor/flipper
Hi everyone,
I am new to BiggerPockets and have not currently done any deals. I have been reading up on everything I can that is posted on the site including starting listening to the podcasts from #1. I was wondering if there are any investors/flippers in the Temecula/Murrieta CA area that would be willing to meet? I do currently work 40+ hours a week, but am willing and able to help out when not working on what I can to learn the ropes and hopefully get my first deal(hopefully more) done this year! Thank you
