New to Real Estate Investing
My name is Jamal, I'm a newbie, trying to gain a great insight in real estate investing and invest full time. Just would like guidance, I'm somewhat familiar with wholesaling but I noticed a lot of wholesaling courses or training video's say you can wholesale with no money, no credit. All I have ran into is paying for marketing, deposit's, etc. I haven't even done one deal yet. How to really get started making money in real estate investing?
