Yea you can. One thing of note is a due on sale cause where the lender has the option to call the whole note due if ownership or interest changes hands or form. In reality it does not happen often (I know of one guy it happened to and it was because he and the lender got in a verbal fight about something else so the lender called two of his performing notes due out of spite). Most banks that have performing notes would rather concentrate their time and resources towards notes not being paid versus ones that are. Or maybe if interest rates really hike up they may think about it so it is a risk but just be aware. I have done just that before and there hasn't been an issue. I hope that helps!

Hello, I am currently interested in buying my first small multi family to house hack and to see if I am cut out for the business. I am wondering if I do someday start my own company would it be possible to transfer title of any properties under my name to the company? If so, would this be a wise decision? Thanks for your time
