My First Property!!!!

Good Evening BP! As I write these words I am truly ecstatic. As of today I got my first property under contract. I intend on wholesaling it however I need help finding a title company that works with investors. I live in the Raleigh/Durham area. I am reaching out to other wholesalers in this area who have done deals or are constantly doing deals. Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.
