Rural area advice for new investor
New member here. glad to be part of this community I've heard so much about. My ask is for some advice for Rural area investing if anyone has experiance in this certain niche. I think I have a great opportunity in my area staring me in the face! Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
