How did you get started
I'm new to BP so forgive me if this has been asked already.
How did you get started? I don't need the entire story,(although I would love to hear it) but just how you got the financing to purchase your first investment property, and what kind of property was it? I am looking to start investing in real estate, specifically rental properties, with maybe the occasional wholesale, within the next couple of years, and would like to see how others got started so I kind of know what some real options are. Thanks!
