Hello BP community! I'm loving this site. What a great find. My name is Sean and I'm hoping to move on from a 20 year career in IT consulting and into full time real estate investing. Are there any experienced investors in the West Seattle / Seattle area that would be interested in mentoring me? I'd love to find a partner on this first deal as well both financially and to help shepherd me through the process.
