BP, Help me in picking a city near Miami for BRRRR for MF
Hello! I'm new to BP and real estate investing.
I'm looking for cities to invest within an hour's drive from Miami. My strategy of choice is BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) and I'm interested in small multi-family (upto 4) units that cashflow well.
I currently live in Sunrise, Broward County, FL.
Can y'all suggest cities in which I can look deeper?
