Recommendations - books for newbies

Just within the past month or so I've gotten interested in the idea of becoming a REI and I was wondering what books would be good to start educating myself more.

I know about the one's sold here on BP, but are there any other's you would recommend? I just finished Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
