Newbie wanting to know about low or no money down investing

Hello all,

I'm very new to Real Estate Investing but want to get started. I work a full time job but I'm looking to create passive income and learn whatever I can. I don't have much extra money to actually do some heavy investing so I wanted to know how I can get started. Thank you for any advice provided!
