Couple questions about wholesale advertising

Hello fellow investors, 

I'm a newbie, currently have my first property under contract to whole sale. Things are going good. Couple questions , 

When putting out bandit signs, do hand written or professional printed perform better? why?

What phrases work the best on bandit signs ?

Does a 1800 # or local number work best ? 

another topic, Has any one every used bus stop-bench ads? They seem kind of affordable. around $100 a month in high traffic areas, 4 month minimum. Am i better off using direct mail and improving those campaigns ?
