Newbie looking into wholesaling
Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I'm 18 years old and I'm looking into getting into the real estate investing business. I had watched a couple podcasts and the free course and now I'm looking to get started. I have some money saved up from a job and I'd appreciate if someone could mentor me and point me in the right direction to getting my first whole sale deal and closing it and if I could get a long term mento that'd be great as well.
