Hey BP I had a quick question on this wholesaling. I'm studying the books on lenders and numerous investing books and I'm starting to put a plan together and I wanted to be sure on what any out of pocket expenses am I to expect. I know this isn't a jump in and get rich thing I would just like to know so I can plan accordingly. Thanks guys.

You're primary out of pocket expenses for wholesaling would be your marketing costs to generate the leads in order to get properties under contract.
