Hello to all my fellow Bigger Pocketers

I have 10acres, in Caddo Mills, Texas.. Yahoo.   I would like to start my own Mobile Home Park.  I would like some tips, directions and warnings to proceed.  I want to start ASAP, but need experienced mobile home owners to help with their tips.
