When you are House hacking...
Afternoon,
As a "newbie" who is interested in house hacking, I wanted to get an idea of what type of renovations/changes that you had to do to the property once you bought it. Also, did it take long for you all to rent? I think this is a great opportunity and I want to be strategic in my approach.
