Starting out in Cincinnati
I'm new to BP. I'm looking to buy in Cincinnati. What are the better neighborhoods to invest in for B-class property? Is this market too hot right now to start out in?

@Shawn Ackerman most likely because you can't a cash flowing deal in SF or East Bay. And their dollars go a lot further in a place like Ohio.. which is a relatively stable market. @Karen L. could buy 10 cashflowing deals in Ohio(as well as many other markets) for what she'd pay for a medium to low priced home in her markets. I'm speaking to Cincinnati in particular, but Columbus and Cleveland also are good markets to be invested in as well. In Cincinnati, you have 10 fortune 500 companies based here, 3 Universities, probably 60 thousand students, and affordable real estate as well as affordable rents compared to places like Chicago, Nashville, Atl. And like many other rustbelt cities, there's an urban renaissance going on... so there's opportunities to get good deals in areas with good potential for appreciation. There's also an unending stock of pre-1900 homes if you enjoy restoring homes.
