Just bought second rental property

I just purchased my second invest property within the last year!!! Partnered with a friend and paid 42k cash for a 4 bedroom 1 bath single family with tenants who just signed a year lease at 800 a month and pay all utilities. Almost half way to my 5 year goal of owning 5 rentals!! Thanks so much to bigger pockets couldn't have done it without your help and knowledge.

We split the costs in half and will do the same for cap ex. The house is in both our names. Hope that answers your question
