How to: reverse wholesaling

I'm very new to this whole concept. So new to the fact as I just learned about it at a free seminar 10 hours ago. I have a few questions on how this "paper flipping" works. So to begin with, I need an active cash buyer, where do I find one? secondly, what are some ways to find motivated sellers? Also,  where do I obtain contracts? and what are the importance of realtors, contractors? Lastly, do I need a license at all to "flip paper"? I know this is very broad, I asked many questions, and for that I apologize. I'm 16 and very curious about this new opportunity and would really like to become successful with this, I'm ambitious and hungry.      If anyone could help me with my questions, or tell me more that I need to know, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you.
