What is the best way to start out investing?

As a real estate investor looking for a great deal on the MLS, what is the best form of funding once i find one if you currently don't have much capital to work with or to put down? Also, do you suggest wholesaling or investing if you are in my position. Id really appreciate any feedback 👍🏼

@Stefanos Koursaris

Whatever route you go (hard money, private lender, conventional loan, whatever...) have your plan figured out in advance. Any "great" deal that pops up in MLS likely won't be around long enough for you to then hunt down the funds. Have a plan in place and be ready to pull the trigger. Finding the deal should be the last piece of that puzzle, not the first.
