HI Everyone,

I'm very new to this and I'm looking to buy my first rental property somewhere in North Jersey. I have a goal of buying it by November. What should be my next step? Also, this might be a stupid question, but when I go to a bank, what kind of loans do investors get 30 year, 15 year, etc?
